Volunteering at Qatar Cancer society (QCS) is a very important humanitarian initiative that support its charitable work and benefit community in Qatar in accordance with basic principles that the volunteer commits to serve the mission and vision of the QCS. Therefore, the implementation of this program aims to:

• Spreading cultural awareness in community about cancer, risk factors, prevention methods and the importance of early detection.
• Raising community awareness about the importance of supporting individuals living with cancer.
• Integrate individuals living with cancer into community to alleviate the common fear and anxiety about the disease and change the misconceptions about it.
• Discovering volunteer’s talents and enhancing their skills to benefit the community, which help volunteer to feel satisfied and happy.
